The Nokia Lumia 820 is a smartphone that gives you the vibrant Windows Phone 8 OS experience. The Lumia 820 is backed by a 1.5 GHz Dual Core Qualcomm Krait processor with 1 GB RAM.

When it comes to the photography, the Nokia Lumia 820 does not disappoint. The phone is equipped with an 8 megapixel Carl Zeiss Tessar lens camera with 4x digital zoom and dual LED flash. The phone has a secondary camera as well as HD video recording capabilities.
Design
The design and aesthetics of the phone is all about simple and clean lines. The rectangular shape of this bar phone has soft rounded edges. The slim and compact design of the phone accommodates a 3.5 mm audio jackon the top and a micro USB port on the bottom. All physical buttons are on the right side of the phone and they include a volume rocker, power on/off button and a physical camera shutter button. The screen of the phone gives you the best display when you switch from one application to the next using sensors like the 3D Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor and Gyroscope Sensor.
Storage and Battery
The Windows Lumia 820 has a internal memory of 1000 MB and a mass memory of 32 GB. The memory can be expanded up to 64 GB using micro SD or micro SDHC cards. The Lumia 820 is powered by a 1650 mAh Li-Ion battery that supports up to 15.4 hours talk time on 2G and up to 8.1 hours on the 3G network. The battery also supports up to 360 hours of standby time on the 2G and 3G networks.

Windows Phone are Underestimated
I have bought this phone recently and it is quite amazing and such an underestimated. Please note, I already a Android (HTC high end device) and iPad 3 User
- Blazingly fast - Better than iPhone/iPad - I already own the iPad3 and it is much faster than that
- Social integration is great - Facebook chat is integrated with in a native message application
- Metro UI rocks - Ultimate user friendly
- Touch Sensitivity - Great, Better than HTC sense and hard to choose which is better iPhone or this one
- Keyboard is best among the all high end phones. Swype functional is not there but that's not required. It is so accurate. It is highly competitive with iPhone
- APPS - Not the all maps you find but major utility apps all are there
- Games - Great games but yes you need to pay. You will find great innovative games in XBOX
- LIVE tiles , simple but gives you good updated information and works as utility.
The only thing you will not found is some of the popular apps used in iPhone and Android phones but yes you can find alternative for majority of them
It just 5 days I am using this phone and will write another review after a month or 2 month usage.
Overall , windows phone need attention from consumers, it is such an underestimated phone.
